“Why am I more successful than I am happy?” For the past 15 years, in both her coaching practice and her seminars and workshops, Clinical and Health psychologist Rebecca Fallon has helped thousands of high-performing professionals answer this question.

As the Director of Wellness Services for our practice, Rebecca coordinates and delivers wellness services to a diverse population of professionals. A published author and engaging and dynamic speaker, Rebecca also lectures nationally about the unique work/life challenges and solutions faced by high achievers. Her presentations combine descriptions of evidence-based tactics and strategies for promoting personal and professional resilience; practical advice for managing the constant changes affecting workplaces today; and “from the trenches” advice about what differentiates professionals who thrive from colleagues who flounder in burnout, disillusionment, and work/life distress. Rebecca’s special niche is teaching high-powered professional men and women about their unique resilience challenges, and how simple strategies can combat burnout and dispel “the myth of the balanced life.” Rebecca’s keynotes, seminars, and workshops teach successful people how to have it all: thriving careers, fulfilling personal relationships, and personal well-being.

After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in psychology, Rebecca obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Florida. She is also a Master Health and Wellness Coach.

Rebecca has delivered invited addresses to noteworthy organizations throughout the country including renowned health organizations such as Stanford, Cornell, Emory, Cleveland Clinic, The University of Chicago, and Baylor University Medical Center.
